1. Nature of the Platform

The App is a technology platform that provides:

• Task management with AI-based reminders
• AI-powered voice and chatbot interactions
• A marketplace for buying and selling products
• Chat and video communication tools

The Platform does not act as a buyer, seller, agent, broker, or service provider for marketplace transactions.

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older
• Users must provide accurate and complete information
• Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse AI, voice, chat, or marketplace features
• Not upload illegal, abusive, defamatory, or misleading content
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the App
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination.

4. Marketplace Disclaimer

• The App only facilitates interaction between buyers and sellers
• We do not guarantee product quality, pricing, delivery, or authenticity
• All transactions, negotiations, and disputes are strictly between users
• Reviews and ratings are user-generated and not verified by us
• We are not liable for financial loss, fraud, or disputes arising from marketplace transactions.

5. AI, Voice & Chatbot Disclaimer

• AI responses are automated and may not always be accurate
• AI does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice
• Users must independently verify important information
• AI memory is optimized and may summarize conversations
• Voice and chat interactions may be processed using third-party AI services
• The Platform is not responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs.

6. Voice & Data Usage Consent

By using voice or chatbot features, users consent to:

• Temporary processing of voice and chat data
• AI-based interpretation and contextual memory
• Use of anonymized data for improving system performance
• Raw voice data is not permanently stored unless required for system debugging or improvement.

7. Payments (If Enabled)

• Payments are processed through third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
• We do not store payment or card information
• Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are governed by the payment provider
• We hold no liability for failed or disputed payments

8. Service Availability

• Continuous availability is not guaranteed
• The App depends on internet connectivity and third-party APIs
• Downtime due to maintenance, updates, or external service failure is not liable
• AI response latency may vary depending on service providers

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• AI inaccuracies or misinterpretations
• Marketplace disputes or financial loss
• Data loss due to user error or device issues
• Third-party service failures
• Unauthorized access beyond reasonable security measures

Use of the App is entirely at the user's own risk.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice
• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Restrict access in case of suspected misuse or legal risk
• Termination does not limit our legal rights.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

• All software, UI, AI workflows, and platform logic are proprietary
• Users retain ownership of content they upload
• Users grant us a limited license to process content for service delivery
• Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Courts of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.
